Repeated! Young man driving under

Rama 2 is unsafe! A young man was driving under an elevated road when a large chunk of cement suddenly fell on his windshield, causing a ruptured chin and he was rushed to the hospital. Today (29 April 2015) at approximately 7:40 AM, the Sri Samut Radio Center (Samut Sakhon Charity Foundation) received a report of an accident on Rama II Road under the overpass, heading into Mahachai.
